Mr. Parag Paranjpe is currently working as Chief Human Resource Officer with Aditya Birla Group, Mumbai. He has 24 years of experience in HR Function of multiple Organizations. After having completed Masters Degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from TISS in 1988, he started his career with Atlas Copco, Pune and worked with INDAL, Cadbury, Schindler, Thomas Cook, Bunge & ICICI Venture. In his last assignment as Sr. Director – HR (HR Operating Partner) at one of the largest Indian PE Firms, he was focused on working with Entrepreneurs/ Owners/ CEOs of Investee Companies to strengthen their HR processes and advised them on managing their overall HR function.
Mr. Naresh Mehta has 21 years of experience post MBA. He is currently the Director- Corporate Human Resource with Raymond Ltd. He has also worked with Flamingo Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Blue Star Infotech and Godrej & Boyce Co. Ltd. He has acquired skills in different aspects of the HR function like facilitation, compensation structuring, P – CMM, ISO Certification and regulatory affairs.

Mr. Sharad is a post graduate in HR with basic qualifications in Commerce and Law. He started his career with Asian Paints and then moved on to Boehringer Mannheim, a German Pharma Company. In 1996, he joined Cadbury India Ltd. At the time of leaving Cadbury, Mr. Sharad was responsible for Employee Relations, Organizational Effectiveness and Compensation Strategy. During his tenure at Cadbury he also had a stint with the Cadbury Schweppes business in Australia. He joined HDFC Standard Life in 2007 to Head HR where he was responsible for Human Resource, L&D and Sales Training.
Currently, he is associated with Thermax as Executive Vice President – HR, IR & Admin and Member of the Executive Council. Mr. Sharad is also on the Academic Council of Symbiosis International Business Management School and teaches courses on Performance Management & Learning Organization.
